Type: Solo exhibition of ceramic reliefs and freestanding sculptures
— A series of ceramic works exploring controlled chance and the meeting between organic matter and fire-based transformation. Branches collected in the rural landscapes of Lejre are coated in porcelain slip, glazed with raw wood ash, and fired until a fragile, skeletal skin emerges. Alongside these reliefs, a group of vessel-like sculptures carries the unpredictable markings of soda-firing, balancing between ancient forms and imagined futures. Together, the works reflect on material memory, change, and the traces left behind by processes we can guide, but never fully control.
